Quinlan Park Road, Bear Creek West Watershed, passed unanimously by consent agenda of the City of Austin Zoning and Platting Commission yesterday. However, less than 24 hours ago, an agreement was reached between the SRNA’s Brian Thompto, Cindy Thompson and Greg Milligan and Taylor Woodrow, represented by VP Adib Khoury and agent Sarah Crocker, following extended talks and a petition which circulated throughout the Four Points community last weekend.
