With Taylor Morrison almost done building here in Steiner Ranch, and resale inventory at an all time low, buyers don’t have a lot of options. You may remember me posting a while back about The View at Steiner Ranch, 20 new units that were to be built on Steiner Ranch Blvd. I was the listing agent on that project for over a year. We had so many interested parties but the builder just couldn’t get his financing in place to begin permitting, roads, etc… so we could actually sell the units. He sold the project a few months back to Gehan Homes and I’m sure you’ve noticed that construction has begun.
I FINALLY have updated information on the project. It’s essentially the same concept as before – “lock and leave” villa type homes with incredible views of the Preserve and Lake Travis, all with the great location on Steiner Ranch Blvd. – easy in and out of the neighborhood. Prices will range from the high$ 300’s to around $450, sizes ranging from 2020 SF to 3600 SF with 2 one story plans and 5 two story plans. They are a GREAT alternative to the Fairways for those who want views, a better location, and don’t want to live under the UT Club power lines.
